Beetroot, honey and whisky cured salmon gravadlax, chive crème fraiche, brown bread and butter

Waveney Valley mushroom filled with grilled goat’s cheese and butternut squash topped with hazelnuts

Confit of local pheasant+ leg with a spicy chorizo and butter bean ragout

 Main Courses

Pan seared rosemary skewered chicken supreme wrapped in parma ham and served with a Shipcord cheese sauce, roasted new potatoes and roasted roots

Brancaster mussel and clam chowder with butter beans and potatoes served with a crusty bread roll and butter

Slow roasted lamb shoulder with thyme and rosemary served on white wine braised boulangere potatoes and curly kale

Fennel and leek gratin with a Suffolk Gold cheese sauce crisped under the grill with breadcrumbs, served with new potatoes and honey roasted roots √

Set Lunch on Sundays also includes Roast Topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables including broccoli gratin

Triple chocolate treat - white and dark chocolate mousses with a slice of dark chocolate tart

Individual lemon and ginger baked Alaska

Choices are from the menu shown above only, set menu is for one person. This is also our pre-theatre menu, available for pre-booked dining between 6pm and 7.30pm on Thursdays to Saturdays ahead of performances at The Fisher Theatre. All our meals are cooked to order which means there may be a wait during busy periods, if you are short of time please let us know and we will advise which meals can be prepared quickly. +May contain shot!
