Free range Norfolk black turkey, sage and chestnut stuffing, chipolata wrapped in bacon, Brussels sprouts,
honey roasted root vegetables, duck fat roast potatoes and a rich turkey gravy
Free range Suffolk pork loin with spiced red cabbage and raisins, Aspall’s Cyder jus,
local Bramley apple sauce and crackling served on thyme mash
Waveney Valley mushroom and spinach roulade with a tomato and tarragon sauce
served with dauphinoise potatoes and honey roasted roots V
Norwegian line caught haddock with a hazelnut crust on wilted broccoli and Savoy cabbage
served with white wine butter sauce and organic sea salt roasted new potatoes
